In the UK university has a problem that several students copy articles from the Internet for their report. It is plagiarism.
In 2004, a student was divested his previous classes evaluation just before he graduate, because his plagiarism came to light.He insisted that if plagiarism is such important problem, the university must guide from the first.
The UK university start measure against plagiarism, for example to use software discovering plagiarism and ask attending study skills workshop for students.
I think that to write a report is difficult , all the more if we try to make a good report. But we must make an effort to write it by myself. This process and a sense of achievement grow up us.
Plagiarism is easier than making report by oneself. But this hard work has value for our effort.

I think that plagiarism is a problem in universities all over the world. Have you seen people doing it in Japan? What do your fellow students think? It would be interesting to know the Japanese viewpoint.

返信削除I think, plagrism is verry bad action. Because, the used article was writed by someone who is not me. If students want evaluaton, they have to make en effort by themselves
